Partagas Serie D No. 6 Cigar

The former Partagas factory is the one structure in Havana that cigar enthusiasts are most excited about. It is located in the centre of the city at No. 520 Industria Street, directly behind the Capitol building.

Don Jaime Partagas opened the plant in 1845, and it remained in business until a few years ago. Plans to turn it into a cigar museum are already underway, and it is now shuttered. Nonetheless, the ground level Partagas store is still open and highly recommended.
Even though the D No. 6 is only 3 1/2″ long, it has all the characteristics of the Partagas brand, including the richness, earthiness, pepperiness, and power that one would anticipate from the most well-known full-flavored cigar brand in Havana.
