Flor de Cana Centenario -12- Legacy Edition I 1L 40% Country: Nicaragua Content: 1.0 liter Alcohol: 40% Flor de Cana Centenario 12 is an exclusive rum of the traditional family business Flor de Cana from Nicaragua founded by Francisco Alfredo Pellas. It’s obviously matured rum enriched by the unique characteristics of the San Cristobal volcano, the most active in Nicaragua. The fertility of the soil, the climate volcanic which the vessels are exposed times the aging process and enriched volcanic water contribute to creating an extremely smooth and wonderfully balanced rum. The rum is aged in white oak barrels. Aroma: leather and smoke, caramel, hazelnut and nutmeg. Taste: dry, oak, caramel and spices. Finish: not long.
