All our Havana cigars are supplied by  Hunters & Frankau and bear the EMS (English Market Selection) stamp, the definitive UK hallmark of authentic, high-quality Cuban Cigars. Our New World portfolio is distributed via  Tor Imports, the UK’s leading importer of premium cigars from Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, and Mexico.

Accreditations: We are proud to be Certified Davidoff Cigar Retailers and Official S.T. Dupont UK Retailers, ensuring that every accessory and cigar meets the exacting standards of these world-renowned brands.  

Preservation: To ensure your cigars arrive in peak condition, they are meticulously maintained within our Holborn walk-in humidor. We regulate our storage at a precise temperature of 18-20°C and relative humidity of 65%-75%, mirroring the ideal conditions of their origin.

Orders are typically prepared within our standard processing time of 1-3 business days for collection. Once the order is prepared for collection, you will receive an email from us to collect your order.

Currently, our Click & Collect service is exclusively available at our Holborn location. However, we offer a bespoke WhatsApp ordering service across all our London stores for both collection and local delivery. Simply contact your nearest branch to place an order; our staff will then confirm availability, provide an estimated timeframe, and outline any applicable delivery charges.

Standard Delivery (Free): Available on all orders with no minimum spend. Your order will typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Next-Day Delivery: This service is free for all orders over £80. For orders under this amount, the delivery cost is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

2-Hour Express Delivery: Available exclusively in some London postcodes. Please check your postcode at checkout to confirm eligibility for this premium service. The delivery cost is calculated based on your shipping address.

Important Delivery Notices:

Weekend Next-Day Delivery: Please note that Next-Day Delivery is not available for orders placed after 3:00 pm on Saturdays.

Weekend 2-Hour Delivery: For express 2-hour delivery on Saturdays or Sundays, please call your local store directly to confirm availability and courier timing.
