Mortlach 12 Year Old Single Malt Scotch

Description

This 12-year-old single malt, along with a 16- and a 20-year-old, was introduced as part of a trilogy in 2018 and made at the Mortlach distillery in Speyside. The subtitle for this particular expression is The Wee Witchie, which is derived from the name of the small still used to distil some of the whisky. Drawn from sherry and bourbon casks, it has flavours of toffee and dried fruit, with a robust, meaty, Mortlach-like malt at its centre.
